To all my customers and friends, it is with great sorrow I have to announce that after 10 years, Nuccio's has come to an end.
Being at the end of the lease, I tried to negotiate for another 5 years option, but did not due to an increase in rent of over 65%.
It's absolutely impossible to run the business with that irresponsible increase. Good news is a relocation at Short Pump next to the new Hilton hotel under a new name as "Osteria La Giara".
Same food with more emphasis on authentic Italian and Sicilian cuisines, with a full bar and fresh seafood.
Opening day should be around the end of September.
I am also working to relocate Nuccio's nearby, almost a done deal at least for pick-up & delivery. Opening day...about 2 months.
I will still be part of this beautiful community and my son Caleb willl still going to Gordon elementary.
